Estartit
Situated 15 miles north of Calella de Palafrugell is the picturesque resort of L' Estartit. Originally a fishing village, Estartit has grown in recent years and is now a vibrant resort with an extensive marina and 5 miles of gently shelving sands - possibly the best beach on the Costa Brava! Estartit has a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
In recent years the local tourism authorities have recognised the outstanding natural features of the area with the result that Estartit and its offshore Medas Islands have become an internationally recognised diving centre. Above all though, Estartit is an outstanding base for a walking holiday. There are several excellent and varied walks which can be enjoyed directly from our accommodations in Estartit.
